The price list below is for the replacement of an existing split-system air conditioner and the installation of a new unit
All options are Heating & Cooling
A back to back installation is when the outdoor unit is or can be installed directly behind the indoor unit.
An extended pipe run is when the outdoor unit is located away from the indoor unit with the pipe run for gas run through the ceiling space or along an external wall etc to connect the indoor unit to the outdoor unit.
All Air Conditioner installations are subject to the Manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions, for the indoor and outdoor unit. With midea 10 year warranty the unit must be registered for the indoor and outdoor unit.
All installations covered by a 2-year installation warranty for items excluded from the manufacturer’s warranty
Some 2-story or complex installations may need a site-specific quote, but overall, this pricing will work for most installations.
