• Pricing includes supply and fitting / replacing existing bathroom exhaust fans & Fan, Light & Heat Tastic fittings

• We will always try and replace the fitting with a like for like sized unit to save modifying the existing hole in the ceiling.

  NOTES :

• Asbestos ceilings in bathrooms of older homes can be an issue as we cannot install new penetrations in the ceiling, however we can replace the fittings like for like without disturbing the asbestos material.

• If the light circuit requires modification for a new fan installation, we will upgrade the circuit with a safety switch. This will be an extra $145 + GST
